CFD is a community of athletes from all walks of life. We are a collective of teachers, engineers, city professionals, students, military, and NHS.

We train mums, dads, teenagers, and kids through to seniors. We are athletes training for competitions and individuals working out for the very first time. We all share the same passion for health, fitness and friendship.

We’ve been affiliated with Crossfit for over 9 years, and are very proud of the community we’ve built and to represent the sport of CrossFit in our great city.
