I’m Ahsan and I have been a personal trainer for three years. I started my fitness journey in 2008 and fell in love with training and fitness.
Ever since, it’s been my passion to keep learning and passing on the knowledge and enjoyment to others on their fitness journey.

A Bit About Ahsan
How I Got Here
I became a certified personal trainer at the beginning of 2022, following years of diverse training experiences across various modalities and disciplines, including muscle building, studio classes, and CrossFit, among others. I particularly enjoy working with small groups, as the mutual motivation and camaraderie create a lively and enjoyable atmosphere.
Favourite Movements
My guilty pleasure is working on my chest, but I also take great pride in mastering basic bodyweight movements. My favorite disciplines are CrossFit, due to its versatility, and Strongman, as both have a unique ability to build strength and speed simultaneously.
My Expertise
I lead a Strongman-inspired class focused on lifting unconventional objects — think tires, sandbags, and more. It’s challenging, rewarding, and builds real-world strength that boosts confidence and capability.
I enjoy coaching pull-ups and push-ups movements which are incredibly rewarding and allow me to help others build strength and confidence.
