I’ve always loved anything that gets me upside-down — from handstands to handstand walks and all the gymnastics skills in between.
I love Olympic lifting and how technical and precise it is — there’s always something to refine, whether it’s bar path, timing, or footwork. I enjoy breaking down the movements and helping others build both strength and skill. It’s a challenge, but that’s exactly what makes it so rewarding — for me and for the athletes I coach.
