Hi, I’m Jamie, a dedicated personal trainer and boxing coach with over two decades of experience in the fitness industry.

Since starting my coaching journey in 2006, I’ve developed a lifelong passion for pushing limits both for myself and my clients. After hanging up my competitive gloves in 2011, I channeled that same discipline into ultramarathons, mountain hikes, and even competitive eSports cycling. These days, I bring that hybrid mindset to every session: a fighter’s grit, an endurance athlete’s stamina, and a coach’s eye for smart training.

My mission stays simple: to empower people through movement, build unshakable confidence, and prove fitness is something to enjoy — not endure. Whether you’re lacing up gloves, running shoes, or just starting out, let’s work together to make your journey effective, energising, and even a little fun.

MY PATH TO COACHING

My journey began long before earning my personal training certification in 2006. Years of hands-on experience in boxing, high-energy group classes, and functional movement laid the foundation for my coaching philosophy—one rooted in technical precision, adaptability, and relentless energy.

Since then, I’ve had the privilege of training everyone from weekend warriors to Olympic athletes, fine-tuning their endurance, strength, and technical skills to elevate performance. But no matter the client, the goal remains the same: progress over perfection.

These days, I’ve found my sweet spot in one-on-one and small-group coaching, where the collective drive and individual breakthroughs create something electric. There’s nothing like the energy of a team pushing each other and celebrating every win along the way.

With over 18 years in the boxing and fitness industry, I specialise in boxing technique, fight-conditioning, and high-performance training.
